Cascade CMS: Creating a New User Account<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After a site is already established, this step will go through how to give access to new users to the cascade site. Cascade Banner Change Request<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When given a Banner change Request from a client, use these steps to make the necessary changes.
