Make sure the one you added is the only one visible.<a href=\"https:\/\/sites.la.utexas.edu\/kb\/files\/2020\/07\/Instapoll.png\"><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Step 4<\/b>: <b>Main Composition<\/b><br>The Main Composition is where the entire animation is created. Based on the stinger animations that you will need, there are labeled compositions for each stinger available. Play through the animation to make sure the video plays smoothly. Your new render should appear at the bottom of the file. Open up the \u201cMedia Encoder\u201d Application on your computer.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drag and drop the .mov file into the Media Encoder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Make sure it is set to H.264 and High bitrate. In addition, make sure it will go to the desired folder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Press the green play button to render the animation<a href=\"https:\/\/sites.la.utexas.edu\/kb\/files\/2020\/07\/E-ECO304K_stinger_alumni_v2.mov.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1276\" height=\"1086\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-7915\" src=\"https:\/\/sites.la.utexas.edu\/kb\/files\/2020\/07\/E-ECO304K_stinger_alumni_v2.mov.png\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"http:\/\/sites.la.utexas.edu\/kb\/files\/2020\/07\/E-ECO304K_stinger_alumni_v2.mov.png 1276w, http:\/\/sites.la.utexas.edu\/kb\/files\/2020\/07\/E-ECO304K_stinger_alumni_v2.mov-300x255.png 300w, http:\/\/sites.la.utexas.edu\/kb\/files\/2020\/07\/E-ECO304K_stinger_alumni_v2.mov-1024x872.png 1024w, http:\/\/sites.la.utexas.edu\/kb\/files\/2020\/07\/E-ECO304K_stinger_alumni_v2.mov-768x654.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1276px) 100vw, 1276px\" \/><\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><b>Addendum: Changing Fill Colors of Text and\/or Icon<\/b> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When you are using a light background, you might want to change the icon and text to black or another color to ensure contrast.  In order to do this in Aftereffects, first click on the icon (e.g. Instapoll). This should bring you to a separate window. Just double click on the text in the main composition to bring up the segment title window. From there, you may highlight the text and pick a new color.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 8: Final<\/strong> <br>The animation is now ready to be shared. Make sure that you have used the correct filing conventions. For this training you will need to download both but will be working in the After Effects file. No need to download the folder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Download and open the template in After Effects. Go to File &gt; Save As and rename the file to your \u201ccoursename_PreRoll (EX: ADV319_PreRoll). Do the same with the photoshop file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For this animation, all you need to do is replace the background image, the color of the top bar, and the course title text.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-8cf370e7 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<p><strong>Step 1<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First replace the background image by importing an image of your choice. Make sure your imported image is below the color bar and above the Background layers. This will open the editing options for the layer. Go to the text tool at the top and click on the scene where you would like to place your text. Center the text on the color bar the same way as the original text.
