An adjective<\/strong> is a word that modifies a noun. In Persian, the adjective normally follows the noun<\/a> it qualifies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

The attributive adjective is not pluralized along with the noun it qualifies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

It is possible to have more than one adjective qualifying a single noun. In this case the noun and its multiple adjectives are linked by the means of the ez\u0101fe<\/em><\/a> construction.<\/p>\n

Unlike English, there is not a fixed order in the usage of multiple adjectives:<\/p>\n

All of which mean, ‘the big, newly-built white house.’<\/p>\n

However, some attributes are so hierarchical that some sort of priority and order is observed. Between the following two sentences the former is preferred to the latter:<\/p>\n
