Go to the Plugins tab in the left sidebar.
Click Add New.
Search for “All-in-One Migration plugin”.
Install and Activate the plugin.
Go to this Box folder: https://utexas.box.com/s/7uvgo36sulkqsvtz4lpeveo6uw669b5h and download the all-in-one-wp-migration-unlimited-extension_2.39.zip file.
If the Box link above doesn’t work, ask a manager to give you permissions.
Go back to the Plugins tab > Add New. Click on Upload Plugin and upload the .zip file you just downloaded from Box.
Click Activate Plugin.
You should now see the All-in-One WP Migration plugin in the left sidebar.
Use the Export tab > File to create and download migrations.
Use the Import tab to upload migrations.
