Mindsets

Mindsets & Making the Most of Your Education

Shakespeare said, “Nothing is… but thinking makes it so.”

Your attitude and way of approaching situations and problems can be strengths you can market in the job search process.  Even though you might not have thought about it, your thinking skills are central to your success in the job search.  How you view the job search, how you handle your education, how you think about the actions you’re going to take all influence the way you will come across to employers. Did it ever occur to you that thoughts create things?

In this lesson, you’re going to consider 10 key mindsets that you may already have developed, or would like to develop, which will serve you well in the workplace.  These mindsets can be discussed in interviews and used as the basis for stories you might tell in an interview.
