Which classrooms have it?

Lectures Online is a simple way for you to provide students with remote access to recordings of face-to-face (classroom-based) course sessions. In most rooms, the system records the feed from the classroom console (computer, doc cam, laptop, etc.) and the audio from the in-room microphone.

Emails are sent out to professors teaching in Lectures Online equipped rooms roughly two weeks before a term begins and again a few days before the start of the term. If you did not receive an email inviting you to use the system and you are teaching in one of the rooms noted below, you can sign up for Lectures Online here.

Any instructor teaching in these rooms, regardless of college, can use the system. Emails are sent to all professors teaching in these rooms roughly two weeks before the start of a term with a second email sent a few days before the start of the term. Emails are sent to the IOR noted in the Registrar’s course schedule at the time the email is sent. If you would like to learn more about Lectures Online or if you did not receive an invite to use the system and are teaching in one of the rooms noted above, please contact Russell Lombard at lecturesonline@la.utexas.edu.
