    If your class was taught online using Zoom and not in a classroom, the recording will not appear in Lectures Online. You should look in the Zoom or Panopto folder within Canvas to find the recording.

    What web browsers have you used to access the recordings? (example - Safari 17.2, Firefox 121.0.1)

    Have you tried quitting and restarting your browser and/or clearing your browser's cache? (This solves most issues.)
